Go to the "Strategy" tab and enter how much extra money you can put toward mortgages each month (above and beyond your normal minimum payments). This is the money that accelerates your payoff.
Click "Run Analysis" on the Strategy tab. The tool automatically tests all 7 payoff strategies and tells you which one pays off everything the fastest and saves the most interest. Results include charts, rankings, and month-by-month amortization schedules.
The importer works with most spreadsheet formats. It auto-detects column headers and handles special layouts (like Robert's "Total Debt" spreadsheet).
